McLaren has formerly worked for Canoe and Ultra Sport in the UK across brands including The Arbor Collective, Nitro Snowboards, Puma, Patagonia, Rab and Canada Goose.

Press Release: Out Of Step Ltd, leading UK street and skate wear agency and distributor for HUF, The Hundreds,
Brixton and HEX, has appointed Lyndsay McLaren as Marketing Director, with immediate effect.
Having worked in-house and agency side across the UK, Europe and North America with brands
including The Arbor Collective, Nitro Snowboards, Puma, Patagonia, Rab and Canada Goose,
McLaren is no stranger to the world of action sports and streetwear.

“Lyndsay has deep roots and a strong reputation in this industry, as well as an extensive background
in PR, brand building and media,” said director Ross Cottingham, “We’re excited to have her on
board as we continue to go beyond a traditional distribution structure for our current brand

McLaren will lead the marketing division from the Out Of Step Ltd London showroom on Curtain
Road, Shoreditch, supporting their mission to reduce the distance between consumers and brands
by providing reliable, efficient and affordable access to their products.
