The face for social projects of companies, associations and individuals.

CSR is trend, CSR is in every mouth: Corporate Social Responsibility – for the homeless, for socially and physically disabled or for eco projects – companies of the action sport industry are engaging in breathtaking and catching projects. Besides their commitment for social help they are connected by one other fact: their is not much visibility of these beautiful projects – sometimes programs and projects are not even known within the companies.

Reason enough to come up with a new communication platform. BRANDS FOR GOOD provides a shared platform for brands, companies and initiatives. Kim Scholze, Founder of BFG: „We offer projects the possibility to find partners and supporters no matter if big or small. We would like to ensure a bigger context to the media. Aim of our platform is to bring projects, partners, supporters and media together and present their relationship with a high public visibility. The interest of the media on CSR projects is high because new content is created and superior topic is given where readers and users can involve themselves.“

BRANDS FOR GOOD will present itself officially to media and to the public the first time on the ISPO 2013 (3rd to 6th of feb) in Munich. Together with the 7SKY magazine and the platform Greenroomvoice you will find the 7SKY INSPIRE platform in Hall A2, booth 105. David Badalec, ISPO community manager of action sports supported the platform from day one enthusiastically: „In my eyes the CSR engagement is the marketing subject of the future. The new platform of BRANDS FOR GOOD points the way ahead in my eyes.“

BRANDS FOR GOOD should enrich, draw the attention, motivate and inspire. BRANDS FOR GOOD provides information about projects, the different engagements of the brands, cash donations and gifts in kind of companies and individuals as well as engagement in the form of time.

On board are already famous manufacturers like Billabong, Volcom, O'Neill, Indiana, Arc´teryx, The North Face and Patagonia. The initiatives which are introduced at the ISPO are incredibly versatile: non-profit charity providing skateboarding, windsurfing, surfing, skiing and snowboarding projects and with that comes the passion and the joy of life as well as passing on support of education, help and the donation of money.

BRANDS FOR GOOD has originated from a purely practical fact: „I was in search of possible social projects, ideas and marketing possibilities for one of my clients.“ Kim Scholze, one of two people behind BRANDS FOR GOOD works as a marketing and communication adviser at action sport companies (at last Nitro Snowboards and Bench Sport). She knows the chances and possibilities, but also the problems of big companies in the area of the social engagement. Frank Lohse, her partner in the agency is a certificate social education worker.

Both connect information and projects for media, potential partners and supporters.  Material-, cash- and time-donations are bunched together for those how want to execute active CSR dedication. Information about foundations and projects as well as texts, pictures and films:
