686 PARTNERS WITH LEVI’S FOR LIMITED EDITION COLLECTION -

Westlife Distribution is pleased to announce the release of a limited edition Times collection featuring 686® X Levi’s®. The 686 Times Line is an annual program that began five years ago and is a collaborative effort between 686 and another premium brand to offer entirely new innovations in products.

For the 2008-2009 winter season, with products shipping in September 2008, Levi’s® and 686 are offering a full collection of men’s and women’s outerwear. From America’s cattle ranches to Paris’ designer boutiques, denim remains the most popular clothing item in the world – and it all started with Levi’s® over 150 years ago. The 686 X Levi’s® partnership has taken real denim and denim-inspired fabrications to new technical heights in an array of jacket and pant ensembles.

“686 has built a reputation of progressive, high quality products that are like no other,” says Michael Akira West, owner and creative director at 686, “The Levi’s® name is synonymous with these same qualities and they are the true purveyors in the global world of denim.”

“Being immersed in the sneaker and denim culture for over 20 years,” continues West, “I’m excited to combine what Levi’s® represents in denim with the technical culture of outerwear, all carefully constructed with a unique 686 twist.”

The custom 686 X Levi’s® products feature 686’s waterproof/breathable attributes with Levi’s signature styling details like contrast stitching accents, shank buttons, metal rivets and the infamous patented back pocket Arcuate™ stitching and red tab combination – all of which have never been done in outerwear before.

The 686 X Levi’s® Times Collection will be launching at the SIA tradeshow (booth #D46) in Las Vegas, NV from January 29-Febuary 1, ISPO (booth #A1 308) in Munich, Germany from January 27-January 30, 2008 and at SBJ in Yokohama, Japan from February 20- February 21, 2008.
