Asing & Wright Win Quik & Roxy Pro’s France

Tyler Wright has been crowned the Women’s World Champion after Courtney Conlogue was put out in the semi finals of the Roxy Pro, France.

In the men’s, it was Hawaiian Keanu Asing who took out the Quiksilver Pro France, meaning the title race continues.

Press Release: With Carissa Moore taking the Semifinal win over Courtney Conlogue it meant that the World Title was Tyler Wright’s.

The Final of the the Roxy Pro France saw Moore take on newly crowned World Champion Wright. Tyler was pumped with the Title victory, and so she should be, but Carissa remained focused and went to claim her first victory of the year at the Roxy Pro.

Asing took down defending event winner and 2014 WSL Champion Gabriel Medina in the Quiksilver Pro France Final to claim his maiden Championship Tour win and leap up thirteen places to 21st on the Jeep Leaderboard.

Keanu Asing went head-to-head with the World’s best, first taking out World No. 1 John John Florence and then took down defending event winner and 2014 WSL Champion Gabriel Medina in the Quiksilver Pro France Final to claim his first CT win
