Off of the back of a highly successful first run of limited tees, Have A GD Trip are back again with another collection – this time, they’re branching out and releasing a limited edition run of decks, hoodies, toddler tees and more. Jump on their site at 11AM on April 1 to avoid missing out.

Independent skate company, HAVE A GD TRIP, releases its Spring 22 collection on April Fool’s Day. HAVE A GD TRIP will release a limited edition run of decks, hoods, toddler tees and more in the upcoming collection, dedicated to “making time for a GD time”.
Founded by a small group of new dads in 2020, HAVE A GD TRIP started as a neighbourhood skateboarding club during the pandemic to encourage positive health and wellbeing to local dads; most of whom hadn’t been on a board in 15-20 years. What started out as a small neighbourhood meet up in local car parks and empty markets has since grown to form a platform for sharing conversation and organising events for other men (and women) who want to pick up a board and have a go.
“We’ve been championing the benefits of getting on a skateboard for so long now, it felt important to be able to offer people one of our own. Spring is the perfect time to get back to skating or start from scratch. The day’s are getting longer, the weather’s getting warmer. It’s time to get outside with your friends and learn something new and take the occasional slam. That’s what this collection is all about, make time for a GD time.
Alongside the decks, we’re dropping our first ever hoods which are incredibly comfortable, if I do say so myself. We’ve been joking that they’ve been built with “slamproof technology” as they’re so thick, but please don’t quote us on that when you fall down a handrail or off a curb!
And then finally, the cherry on top of our collection is our first ever shirt for kids. There’s not enough skateboarding clothing available for toddlers, so we’re correcting that! It’s no secret that HAVE A GD TRIP wouldn’t exist without the birth of our little dudes, so it was important to us to show the little guys some love too with their very own tee.”
