Volcom have announced that London-based LEPHYR creative communication agency will be handling their UK PR and influencer strategy, working closely with fashion editors, stylists and social influencers.
Press Release: Volcom, through High Days, have appointed Creative Communications Agency LEPHYR, founded by Lucy Stephens, to handle their UK PR and influencer strategy with immediate effect.
Volcom, established in 1991, is a modern lifestyle brand that embodies the creative spirit of youth culture specialising in boardsports, music, art and film. Building from the brand heritage, LEPHYR will further establish Volcom’s style-lead range through collaborations including collections with Georgia May Jagger, still keeping true to their core boardsport & eco-conscious values.
LEPHYR will be working collaboratively with the brand to develop it’s UK PR & influencer strategy, working closely with fashion editors, stylists and social influencers to editorially tell the brand stories and offer engaging experience. “Having grown up surrounded by the iconic stone logo, I’m thoroughly excited and humbled to now be working so closely with Volcom and supporting them through UK PR to carry their new and core messaging into the ever changing media & digital landscape” – Lucy Stephens, LEPHYR Founder & MD.
“We are really excited to have LEPHYR representing our PR in the UK! I have previously worked with Lucy and her passion, motivation and constant understanding of the way things are moving and changing makes her an absolute asset to any brand or company. She totally understands the brand and her approach is in line with the True To This mentality of Volcom” – Edward Martin, Volcom UK Marketing Manager.
