MARKET
How is the European skate footwear market from your perspective?
For us it has been steady but hearing that retail has been a bit slow.

What do you think the impact of Trump Tariffs will be on the European skate footwear market?
There should not be any issues on our side

Is there still a space for smaller footwear brands in the current market?
Yes, from our perspective

Are your price points increasing?
Not at the moment

DESIGN
What design trends are you noticing for this season?
Design trends we’re seeing tend to be brand-specific, rooted in each company’s heritage and identity. For us, we’re leaning into our legacy — focusing on heritage models and elevating them with upgraded materials and modern detailing.

Are you releasing any new Pro models/ colourways?
While our designs aren’t pro model-specific, they’re always pro-caliber. We rely heavily on insights from our team riders, affiliates, influencers, distributors, and key accounts. Their feedback shapes the functionality and authenticity of every shoe we make.

Any brand collaborations to look out for?
One of our most exciting collaborations is with YDB — Young Dirty Bastard — the son of the legendary Ol’ Dirty Bastard of the Wu-Tang Clan. This partnership is special on many levels. It taps into the current resurgence of ’90s/early 2000s hip-hop aesthetics and creates a uniquely authentic cultural crossover. Here’s what makes it even more meaningful: In 1996, OSIRIS was launched on the West Coast by skaters with big dreams. That same year, Wu-Tang Clan was recording their iconic Wu-Tang Forever album — on which ODB introduced his new moniker: “Osiris.” Now, nearly three decades later, that cosmic link is coming full circle. YDB is carrying his father’s legacy forward while forging his own path in music, film, and gaming. The collection pays homage to both hip-hop culture and the mythological Egyptian god Osiris — blending skate heritage, music history, and cultural storytelling into one bold product line.

Does your footwear brand have a sustainable element? Vegan shoes?
We’ve been early adopters of synthetic materials and vegan footwear — dating back to Y2K. Our founder and lead designer began experimenting with non-leather alternatives early on, not only for animal-conscious reasons but also because many synthetics offer increased durability and longevity. While we still include suede for performance and authenticity, over 98% of our line is made with synthetic materials.

Must have styles for SS26?
The D3 2001 25th Anniversary Edition is an absolute must-have. It’s a tribute to the most influential skate shoe of all time — reimagined with premium details like patent leather, mesh, metallic gold embellishments, custom metal heel and tongue pulls, and two-tone twisted rope laces with frayed tassel ends. It’s bold, , load and proud and unapologetic, and true to everything the D3 represents.
