How was the 2024 market?
The Foilsport is growing fast, so there is big potential for the future .

How are stock levels compared to a year ago?
The market is still dealing with huge amounts of leftovers, some left and forgotten in factories in Asia, that keeps the price level down, some of it has to be sold with big losses.

What sport is driving the most demand at the moment (kite, wind, wing, surf…) and why?
Definetley Wingfoiling, it is the easiest to learn and attracks people from all board sport corners. After that I see pumpfoiling, the kids love it which is important for the future of a sport, it´s accessable, more affordable and can be done anyware. Surf, SUP & Downwind-foiling take a lot of dedications and skills and as long as the equipment doesn´t make it easier, it will be reserved to the experts only.

We don´t do foils

Which of your 2025 foil boards have sold best and why?
The top sellers are the midlength boards, which offer the best allround characters, great for riding waves or going downwind, work realy well in light winds with the wing, are the best option for parawinging and can also be used for prone-foiling. At the end of the day, they are also very easy and comfortable to ride. The other top seller is the beginner boards, the sport is still young and there is lots of new people coming into the sport. This categorie should be the most important to focus on.

What are the main trends in Foilboard construction, materials and design?
At the moment it is any carbon layup, to make sure the boards are light and strong at the same time. For 2026 we offer a carbon-hybrid construction, which is a mix of a wood-sandwich layup and carbon-pvc layup, to keep a good strength-weight ratio for an affordable price. The industry is stuck with carbon at the moment, which is not the most inviremtaly friendly produced product, alternatives need to be found.

What are the highlights of your 2026 foilboard offer?
Our Foilboard will be completely redesigned, it is one shape concept that transforms into each categrie, basically using a similar template for all shapes. It will be more surf orientated rather then freestyle.

Any noteworthy efforts towards sustainability?
We try to produce as little waste as possible during the production process, all products are packed in cardboard and paper only and all products are built to last.

How will you support retailers to sell your 2026 products?
We offer good margins when preordered and have stock available for re-orders.
