What trends do you see currently shaping the outdoor industry?

How is your brand responding to the increasing demand for sustainability and ethical production?
Our brand was created with the goal of helping customers do more with less, so we’ve never had to pivot away from fast fashion like many other apparel brands. From the start, we’ve focused on creating a few, well-made pieces versatile enough for almost anything, and committed to relying heavily on natural materials over synthetics because of the well-known environmental challenges synthetic fibres present. We own our primary factory in Pakistan, which gives us full visibility into operations and allows us to control production volumes, avoiding overproduction and waste. While there’s always room to evolve from a sustainability perspective, our position from day one means we can focus on refinement rather than major overhauls like competitors moving entirely away from synthetics.
How are the latest U.S. tariffs and customs regulations affecting your business strategy and supply chain?
Like almost every brand, we’ve had to factor tariffs into our costs. Owning our own factory gives us more flexibility and stability, allowing us to maintain quality and stay agile as global conditions shift.

What is your brand’s core mission or philosophy, and how does it influence your product development?
At DUER, our purpose is to help people live effortlessly. That means making clothing that simplifies your wardrobe and supports real life. We pioneered performance jeanswear—natural-rich fabrics infused with technical features—so you don’t have to choose between style, comfort, or functionality. Everything we make is designed for movement, versatility, and ease.
How has your brand evolved in the outdoor market over the last few years?
DUER is becoming the go to product for the active customer who can wear our trousers or denim on active adventures but also as their day to day trouser without compromising on style . we have been focusing not only in the outdoor industry but in the lifestyle and action sports industry which fits well for the brand.
Who is your target customer today?
Our target customer for DUER is a GO-DUER living an active lifestyle with a creative flare. An adventurer, photographer, artist and surfer.

The items I see the most growth in interest would be:
