How was the 2024 market?
2024 saw solid growth, driven by performance-focused riders. Our Fireball wing stood out as a best-seller thanks to its balance of value and quality, showing strong demand for affordable, high-performance gear.
What are the main trends in Wing construction, materials and design?
Lightweight construction and rigidity remain key. NSP uses composite handles, advanced canopy layouts, and reinforced Dacron to boost performance without adding weight. Designs are evolving fast, with new shapes and aero features improving control and efficiency.
What customer profile is driving the most product demand at the moment?
Mostly intermediate to advanced riders aged 25–50. They’re tech-savvy, riders who value innovation, and want durable, sustainable gear that helps them progress.
Which of your 2025 wings have sold best and why?
The Fireball wing remained our top seller, combining quality and price in a way few others offer. It hits the sweet spot for riders progressing quickly and needing gear that can keep up. The Meteor has been a solid performer in 25 and a wing that competes with foilings biggest names at a dangerous price point.
How many wing designs will you offer in s/s 2026 and which do you expect to grow the most?
We’ll offer two models across 5–6 sizes, plus a new range mid-2026. All are expected to grow as we expand reach and refine performance.
What materials and construction techniques are you using for your s/s 2026 range?
We’re using multi-weight Dacron in stress zones, along with refined panel layouts and high-end composites to reduce weight, improve flex, and keep performance sharp across skill levels. Our wings use a hybrid layout, using different dacrons in different areas. For example, we reinforce areas of high stress or pressure and use lighter dacron on areas where a little bit of flex would be beneficial to overall performance.
Any noteworthy efforts towards sustainability?
We repurpose factory offcuts, our own and others into packaging, ties, and hang tags. It cuts down on single-use plastics and turns waste into useful materials.
How will you support retailers to sell your s/s 2026 wings?
For S/S 2026, we’re focused on clear, practical support -product videos, spec sheets, and simple training tools that make the gear easy to sell. On top of that, we’re increasing our investment in demos, team rider appearances, and regional events to build visibility and customer interest where it matters most.
