Which technical snow backpacks sold best in the winter 2024/25 and why?
The Snow Pro 32L is our best-performing backpack, comfortable enough for everyday use, and a high-performance backpack for the mountains both in winter and summer.
Which of your 2025/2026 snow backpacks do you expect to perform best at retail and why?
We expect the Snow Pro Backpack 32L to remain the best performing product of our range as it has been praised for its versatility and durability, and that after three years in the market it has received good feedback and continues to grow.
Are there any observable trends in the practice of snowboarding that impact product demand and development?
On the development side, we see that the increasing share and diversity of snowboard shapes opens new opportunities for the way we design our snow roller bags. We are looking into innovative technical solutions to adapt to different shapes of tails and noses, for example, without compromising on durability or user experience.
What are the technical highlights in construction and materials of your 2026/27 collection?
We continue to develop our collaboration with Aluula on the higher end of our assortment, combining the technical superiority of the fabrics with the unique look C feel, exploring translucency and layering. On our inline range, besides our more commercial materials, we play with prints and unusual weaving patterns to bring excitement to an otherwise consistent fabric assortment.
What color palettes, prints or patterns are you featuring in your 2026/27 collection?
In addition to a few, proven carryover colorways in our snow range, we plan on introducing new collaborations with artists that come to life via material plays, combining synthetic leather details on interaction points with classic-looking yet highly durable waxed canvas and jacquard woven webbings. We also explore color blocking together with unexpected fabric textures, and graphical prints in that season, opposed to more organic patterns we used last year.
Which technical snowpacks do you expect the most growth from in 2026/2027 and why?
The Snow Pro Backpack 32L will lead the growth within technical snowpacks. We’ll also see very good progress from our Backcountry Backpack 25L which packages all must-have features of a technical product in a more versatile, less mountaineering-looking silhouette.
How are you implementing sustainability in your products and production processes?
We have a strong focus on greenhouse gas emissions, water usage and chemicals management in our supply chain, as the great majority of our impact lies in input material production. We have made a lot of progress in material sourcing: 99% of our fabrics are fully recycled (GRS certified) and hold a bluesign or Oeko-Tex certification, and we are converting our fabrics to dope dyed technology to reduce water and chemicals usage in production. Besides environmental considerations, we are working with the social conditions of the workers in our supply chain, in particular living wages, working towards a new certification for 2026, in addition to our B Corp membership.
