Spanish Triple Combo Event OA2 FuSSSion Crowns Winner
Presented by Obsession Surf Santander and in partnership with Plea & Hotel Bemon Playa Somo, 2022’s edition of the triple boardsport combo event, OA2 FuSSion headed to 2 different locations to crown Spain’s ultimate boardsport champion.
This year’s edition was held in the best conditions possible: the sun was shining, there was loads of powder and 1.5m waves down at the beach. Featuring each of the Olympic boardsports – surf, snow and skate – OA2 FuSSSion split itself across 2 different locations: surfing and skating at Santander (El Sardinero beach) and then snowboarding in Alto Campoo, a ski resort in the Picos de Europa.
Alessandro Demartini was crowned the overall winner.
New to this year, OA2 FuSSSion introduces the #AdaptA2 category for athletes with functional disabilities. Alongside this, the event also hosted around 50 Spanish personalities who’ve recently been introduced to one or many of the featured sports.
