TSG Introduces New Organisational Structure
TSG is introducing a new organisational structure from May 1st to set the course for its next phase of development, with the company leadership divided into two areas of responsibility: Product & Marketing and Operations.
Nadja Herger, who has been with TSG since its founding and most recently served as Head of Marketing & Communication and co-owner, will take over responsibility for Product & Marketing. Her remit includes product strategy, development, and global marketing activities. Valeria Carli, who has been with the company since 2017 and most recently served as Head of Sales & Logistics, will lead Operations, overseeing production, global sales, and logistics. The new structure creates clearer responsibilities and strengthens the close connection between product, brand, and market.
As previously communicated by myStromer AG, Marcel Korner will step down from his operational role as CEO of TSG International AG at the end of April and will assume the position of Group Chief Executive Officer of myStromer AG as of May 1, 2026. He will remain with TSG as a member of the Board of Directors.
