How was demand in the sunscreen market in 2025?
We entered the European market 18 months ago and have experienced substantial growth. This years winter sales are on par with last seasons summer sales, and we expect that trajectory to continue in the next few years!
What are the latest trends in Sunscreen?
The last few years have seen an increasing consumer awareness regarding the sustainability of products both from an environmental and a health perspective. This awareness has spilled over into the sunscreen market where people are educating themselves on the detriments of chemical sunscreens and actively seek alternatives.
Please tell us about your innovations for 2026.
We have brought out a new range of Pure Zinc Air-Pumps. With both a renewed formula boasting a 25% zinc content and new packaging as compared to previous tubes. The new formulas come in seven different variants: Face, Baby, Anti-Ageing, Kids, Acne, Mosquito-Repellent and our traditional Pure Zinc formula. Whether your kayaking the Amazon or spending a day at the beach with the family, this new range captures the demands of every segment of the sunscreen market and comes in an elegant packaging.
What ingredients are you using?
Our unique selling point is the fact that our lotions are mineral based, primarily using zinc. Zinc forms a physical barrier between UV-rays and the skin as opposed to most sunscreens which convert the rays into heat on your skin.
How do you address sustainability/eco friendliness in your products?
Zinc is a natural product and does not harm the environment. Furthermore our products are vegan, not tested on animals and do not contain any form of micro plastics.
What other benefits, apart from sun protection, does your product offer?
Our sunscreens are water proof for up to four hours. Our new range offers benefits for consumers with specific needs: people with a sensitive skin may opt for the acne lotion whilst a water sports enthusiast may choose a Zinc Stick for ultimate performance. Regardless of the activity, we’ve got you covered.
