How would you describe the 2024/25 snowboard season in terms of market performance and consumer demand?
Great until the season ended too early for Europe.

What major trends are shaping the snowboard market (pricing, consumer preferences, rider demographics, retail shifts)?
I think the trends has been stabile the last couple of season. The changing of Us tariffs off course and that all things are getting more expensive.

From changing consumer behavior to tariffs and supply chain stress, what’s been the biggest challenge for your brand recently?
US tariffs is the biggest challenge.

What is your brand’s core mission or philosophy, and how does it influence snowboard design and development?
To make boards that leaves an experience in use – every time, in every conditions.

How has your brand’s role in the snowboard market evolved in recent years?
Been known for boards for performance riding and for all terrain.

Who is your target rider for the 26/27 season, and how has this profile changed compared to the past?
Target rider has been the same as always, conscious rider that want every day to count. A lot more women and in need of more lengths for the wider range of riders.

Which product ranges or categories do you expect to drive the most growth in 26/27?
All, we are getting more retailers, customers in general and a more known brand worldwide

SNOWBOARD SPECIFIC

What trends or developments in construction, shapes, and innovation are guiding your 26/27 snowboard range?
We keep to the same developments. To customize riders options, we focus on more lengths in each models.

What new materials or material innovations are you using — inserts, edges, cores, sidewalls, resin, glues, base material, top sheet, wax, or others?
Same high level of materials and in general productions wise. Certified materials, innovations production gear that leaves as less foot step as possible environmentally.

How are you incorporating sustainability and ethical production into your boards (materials, processes, lifecycle, packaging)?
Since day one, we have been focused on a future minded production. Using materials that is naturally, non toxic water colors and in general long lasting gear that is the most sustainable part. Re using cartons for shipping.

What design directions are you taking — graphics, patterns, collabs, or signature editions?
We keep to our permanent line of classic design – white and blue tops, white and black bases.

Are you focusing on particular rider groups (freeride, freestyle, all-mountain, women’s-specific, youth, beginner) for 26/27?
All mountain riders and mostly experienced riders. All models and mostly lengths both as solids and splits.

Lengths: 152/157/161,8/168cm A versatile freestyle inspired backcountry board for all types of riding and terrain. From big turns in steep mountain sides to hit the slopes and park the park. Early rise nose rocker and tail with rocker for enormous flow in powder, slightly tapered, solid camber between the bindings. Side cut that provides a stable yet easy and to maneuver. Lightweight poplar wood core, strengthen with beech strings that provides flex with great response and snap. Reinforced with beech for torsional rigidity. Sintered base that accelerates quickly and is robust against the surface. Our all-rounder that provides an experience in use regardless of conditions.

Fjell MT 1180/Hokkaido:
Length: 150cm Lightweight, short “volume” board for fun and creative riding. The large nose with early rise rocker gives the board a unique float in powder. As the model name suggests, it has directed ride characteristics intended for the playful terrain. Even for the short length of the board, it has buoyancy and fantastic float. The stiffer flex and the board’s turn-in also gives an experience in more packed snow for turning. The MT 1180 HOKKAIDO sits steady throughout the turn and provides stability at high speed.

Fjell MT 1180/Hokkaido + Surf Pad:
Length: 150cm One board, dual purpose. The board is the same but includes our Patented ®️Pow Surf Pad that easily to attached in the inserts where the bindings normally would be, with the included screws (m6) , washers (same as fit the snowboard bindings) and leash. The grippy pad, its concave sides, nose and tail makes the powsurf turn precise and and respons quickly. The sintered base accelerate quickly and easy to maneuver down the whole mountain side. Both Solid and Split version.
