SNOWBOARD SPECIFIC

What trends or developments in construction, shapes, and innovation are guiding your 26/27 snowboard range?
For 26/27, we’ve continued to refine and define our three snowboard collections – Founders, Omnis, and Candle – further sharpening each line’s identity and performance focus. This season, we’re introducing the Roosterfish in the Founders collection featuring a set-back caber profile with a full-volume 3D Nose hull and an aggressive pulled in swallow-tail.  In the Omnis collection we’re introducing a Dual Parabolic profile on the Astrowaste, continuing Bryan Iguchi’s endless pursuit of the ultimate balance of fun and friendly vs. solid and stable, along with everyone’s directional daily driver in the brother/sister combo of Sin Nombre and Sin Cara.  In the Candle collection we’re introducing Red Gerard’s first Pro-Model and it’s performance youth counterpart with the Red Gerard Pro and Red Gerard AM.

How are you incorporating sustainability and ethical production into your boards (materials, processes, lifecycle, packaging)?
For 30 years, we have used the most sustainable components possible; from bio-based epoxies, edges made from recycled steel, topsheets made from bio-based nylon, recycled ABS sidewalls wherever possible, and every board is tuned with non-fluoro wax.  Our boards are made with 100% solar energy, and we use a closed system that captures, filters, and recycles all water.

What design directions are you taking — graphics, patterns, collabs, or signature editions?
Alongside the clean, modernized graphic direction across the Arbor line, we’re putting a stronger spotlight on signature models and artist collaborations. Our goal is to give the team the freedom to fully express themselves through their signature products, and the graphics in the 26/27 line highlight the diverse creative visions within the Arbor family — from Danny Kass’ charcuterie board to Red Gerard’s homage to his birthplace of Cleveland. On the artist side, we’ve teamed up with Melodie Perrault on the Cadence, Estelle Pensiero on the Swoon and Swoon Decon, and Jake Price and 500 Motors on the Metal Machine and Metal Machine Decon — each bringing their unique artistic perspective to the Arbor aesthetic.

Are you focusing on particular rider groups (freeride, freestyle, all-mountain, women’s-specific, youth, beginner) for 26/27?
While we continue to expand our lineup with new boards for every rider across our 3 product collections, the most notable expansion this season comes from welcoming Red Gerard to the Arbor team. We’re launching two Red Gerard signature models within the Candle Collection — the Red Gerard Pro and the Red Gerard AM.  The Red Gerard Pro marks Red’s first-ever pro model snowboard, built to deliver the high-performance precision he needs as he prepares for another Olympic run. The Red Gerard AM introduces Arbor’s first high-performance youth freestyle board, carrying over the proven freestyle geometry of the Pro model and reimagining it in Arbor’s Product Level 2 construction — featuring a sintered base, upgraded core, and additional inserts for next-level performance.

Key Products:

Arbor F26 Astrowaste:

Bryan Iguchi’s endless pursuit of shred enlightenment has launched Arbor into a new conceptual design dimension. Achieving his vision of ultimate balance—where fun and friendly meets solid and stable—meant rethinking long-held, binary design concepts. By unlocking previously unexploredfrontiers and bending space-time, Arbor has fused parabolic rocker with parabolic camber to create its first-of-its-kind dual-parabolic profile. The result is the Astrowaste, a board that delivers a cosmic ride unlike anything previously experienced in the Arbor universe. Its directional and cambered warp-speed design recalibration is engineered with a unique set of System technologies including updated Grip Tech and 3D fenders that are built to explore terrain through a shifted perception and evolved perspective of control, float, and flow. Shaped by science and fueled by imagination, balance is no longer a theory. It’s the Astrowaste.

Arbor Red Pro 2025 :

Since exploding onto the global snowboard scene in 2018 with a gold medal in Olympic Slopestyle, Red Gerard has become one of the most consistent and respected competitive riders in the world. But what the snowboard community loves most about Red isn’t just the hardware – it’s his signature smooth spin and “fall-outta-the-sky” style. And it’s those two foundational principles that inspired the all-new Red Gerard Pro. Performance-ready with a high-response flex, the Red Pro features a real wood Powerply topsheet, a sintered base for max speed, and unique carbon fiber support structure to boost both power and control. This twin snowboard is built for riders looking to push progression and do it with unmistakable style. Arbor Snowboarding is very proud to introduce the very first Red Gerard Pro Model snowboard.
