LAAX OPEN Women in Action Sports Panel: Triumphs and Challenges of Women in Snowboarding

In this discussion with Donna Carpenter (Owner of Burton), Sina Candrian and Alba Pardo we will dive into the journey and the challenges female snowboarders have faced and overcome over the last two decades. We will also discuss today’s most relevant challenges for the sport and the industry to become more equal and inclusive.

We’ll look into some of the milestones and key moments that shaped women’s presence in the
sport and some of the breakthroughs that have happened here in LAAX. An inspirational talk with industry pioneers to help us all identify future challenges and opportunities for continued growth and inclusion in the industry.
