Patagonia Wetsuits F/W 2026 Preview

Retail Buyers Guide:  Wetsuits F/W 2026 Retail Buyer’s Guide

The Fall/Winter collection is where innovations and new models come to life: which are the key additions to your range for FW26?
In Fall 2026, we are relaunching our Regulator wetsuits with key updates that used insights from research and field testing. Our wetsuit engineers have used science-based data to map out where you lose the most heat while surfing. The study revealed that your legs lose the most heat. With no compromise to flexibility, we have changed the thickness and density remapping of our suits. Because the fit of a wetsuit is as important to your warmth as material thickness, we’ve also completely redesigned all patterns for enhanced mobility. Our material development team worked with unique materials, took the interior liner idea from the Regulator® and applied it to the new NetPlus® wetsuit liner, adding a grid pattern to trap heat. Additionally, we’ve worked with our friends at AXXE Wetsuits to adapt and refine their U-zip entry. This unique design makes it easier to get the suit on and off and reduces flushing.

Most wetsuit brands contained the rise of prices so far. Will FW26 remain stable regarding pricepoints?
Our Fall 2026 wetsuits will be offered at the same price point to previous seasons. Our 3/2 full suit comes in at 480€, our 4/3 full suit at 520€ and our 5/4 hooded full suit at 580€.

Any innovations in the linings for 2026?
We’re stoked to partner with Bureo on a NetPlus® nylon liner made from 100% fully traceable recycled fishing nets. Beyond the liner, all internal and external face fabrics are made from a stretch NetPlus® post-consumer recycled nylon, replacing polyester. The new lining will feel softer next to skin and increase overall flexibility.

Please briefly mention the repair/recycle programs offered by your brand.
Like every Patagonia product, each wetsuit is backed by our Ironclad Guarantee and free repairs. Led by our wetsuit repair facility in Ventura, California, and supported by specialized repair partners across Europe, our repair program doesn’t just keep wetsuits out of landfills, but also informs our design teams to improve durability season over season.
