In 2 sentences – how was the men’s snow outerwear market in 2024/25?
For 2024/2025, the men’s snow outerwear market had stable performance, driven by different factors. Customers are very focused on technicity, sustainability and everyday use for lifestyle. There was consistent demand for high-performance equipment and eco-friendly trends which influenced purchasing decisions. On those points, there is real scope for differentiation in terms of design, materials and marketing. As far as we are concerned, we have also seen a sharp increase in digital demand, still driven by technical features and sustainability.
What are the main trends you take your inspiration from for 2026/27?
Our premium range silhouette is still and will always be inspired and developed with our riders and brand ambassadors. They have specific technical needs, so we want to deliver products that fit their needs. They are familiar with the mountains and the characteristics of the products they need, which is why these products are specially designed for them. On the other hand, with our “Old Roots, New Tech” collection, we are identifying the trend towards wider silhouettes and vintage graphic inspiration for those who want an old-school style without compromising on technical performance.
What new jacket fits and pant silhouettes are coming out in 2026/27?
We extend our “heritage” range, with a vintage inspiration, such as color blocked raglan jacket and reflective pimping, back in the days. We also worked on a specific style with a fully removable hood, for those who want to stay protected whatever the conditions and those who want to highlight the Y2K trend! Of course, the main concern is the quality of our products, with valuable features, and good breathability and waterproof performance.
Tell us about colors and prints:
We have a real heritage inspiration adapting our seasonal colorway to old classic Oxbow jackets. We have of course classic colorways but also few which are a tribute to our roots, with for example a light pale lime/yellow or a pinky dry rose, perfect for your Heritage look! Regarding branding prints, we add vintage trims with old-school silicon badges to reinforce our heritage inspiration.
Any *NEW* technical stories with regards to fabrics and materials?
Being inspired by our heritage roots doesn’t mean giving up quality and performance, never. We will propose different segmentations and for our ultimate gear performance use, for instance Sympatex membrane, or PrimaLoft lining fabric for other models. These technical aspects remain important in reassuring our customers, as they constitute a guarantee of quality and performance.
How are you addressing sustainability topics, not only in production of your products (materials, transportation, packaging) but also their after-life / repurposing?
For us, the environmental aspect is very important, all our fabrics are fully recycled, that is a key point while working on our range. Then we work with Tearing Waves, which is a partner who supports us in our durability and reparability focus. It is also essential to teach our customers how to care for the products, to understand how to maintain them so that they last as long as possible.
What are your big marketing campaigns for 2026/27?
For 2026/27, we will have a great story to tell. We have a capsule collection linked to our heritage and DNA, straight out of the 1990s. This snow capsule collection will be a powerful way to boost our marketing this season.
