Spring Capital Group brings a long‑term, partnership‑driven investment philosophy that aligns closely with Mervin’s culture and mission. As a privately held firm, Spring Capital Group is able to take a patient, strategic approach, prioritizing brand integrity, employee well‑being, and operational excellence over short‑term pressures.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mervin Manufacturing into the Spring Capital Group family,” said Tom Connor Jr. Partner Spring Capital Group.  “Mervin is a rare American success story,an innovative, environmentally conscious manufacturer with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. Our goal is simple: support the team, invest in the factory, and help the company continue doing what it does well.

A key component of the acquisition is Spring Capital Group’s commitment to maintaining and strengthening Mervin’s U.S.-based production facility, widely recognised as the longest‑running snowboard factory in America. The company will continue to design, engineer, and manufacture most of its products in the United States, preserving the craftsmanship and quality that have defined the brand for decades.

Mervin’s current leadership team will remain in place, ensuring continuity across operations, product development, and brand direction.

“This is an exciting moment for Mervin,” said Anthony De Rocco Mervin Mfg. CEO, “Spring Capital Group understands who we are and why our U.S. factory matters, not just to our employees, but to riders around the world. Their support allows us to keep innovating, keep building locally, and keep pushing the boundaries of what is possible in Snow and Surf action sports.”
