Brand: TSG
Interviewee: Nadja Herger, Marketing & Communication
Which goggles sold best in the winter 2024/2025 and why?
Our bestsellers were the Goggle Four and Goggle Four S. They combined a clean design with a wide field of vision and an excellent price-to-performance ratio. At a retail price of 119.95 €, customers received a magnetic lens system, a spare low light lens and a microfleece goggle bag, which made it a very competitive offer. Starting with winter 2026/27 these two models will be unified under one single model name: Four, available in size M and L.
Which of your 2025/2026 goggles do you expect to perform best at retail and why?
We expect the Four, available in size M and L, to continue to perform best at retail. Its strong value combined with its its sleek slim-frame look makes it a very popular choice for riders. The model also gained additional visibility during the Freestyle World Championships Engadin 2025, where volunteers wore a special Engadin edition together with our matching Vertice helmet.
Are there any observable trends in the practice of snowboarding that impact product demand and development?
Style and color preference remain the strongest buying factors for most riders. We also see growing interest in contrast enhancing lens technology. We will expand this segment in our lineup in future seasons to fulfill this evolving demand.
What are the highlights in frame construction and materials of your 2026/27 collection?
The collection features magnetic lens technology on most models for quick and easy lens changes. The kids model uses a classic but robust lens swap system. All frames are made of flexible and scratch resistant PU material that keeps its shape in low temperatures and changing weather, ensuring long lasting comfort and durability.
What are the highlights in lens technology in your 2026/27 goggle collection?
We use spherical and cylindrical polycarbonate dual lenses with anti fog coating for clear and distortion free vision. Each goggle includes two lenses, one for sunny days and one for low light conditions. We offer 12 lens tints ranging from black, green, blue and rainbow chrome to pink, pink rainbow chrome and gold pink. Yellow and orange lenses are available for flat light situations. In addition, we offer a photochromic grey lens that adapts automatically to changing light and a clear lens for night riding. Expanded contrast enhancing lens technology will be introduced in 26/27.
What colours, prints or patterns are you featuring in your 2026/27 collection?
The strap design direction includes a 90s inspired style with bold colour mixes, patterns and playful smiley illustrations. Another design is influenced by northern polar lights resulting in a pink blue gradient. For riders who prefer simplicity, we added solid straps in soft quiet green and storm blue.
Which goggles from your 2026/2027 collection do you expect the most growth from and why?
We expect the strongest growth from the Four, which will be simplified into one model name with two size options, M and L. This helps retailers with easier ordering, clearer communication and faster sell through. The magnetic lens system, the sleek frameless look and the large range of lens colours are also highly appreciated by our team riders. We also expect strong sell through for Expect 2.0, now available in size XS for kids and S for youth, offering excellent value for younger riders.
How are you implementing sustainability in your products and production processes?
For the current season we switched to more sustainable packaging using raw cardboard without coating or plastic windows. Goggles and spare lenses are packaged directly in microfleece bags to reduce plastic waste.
How are you helping retailers to sell this category?
Retailers receive tailored visual content support, including photo and video material as well as digital product training. Our focused lineup includes three core models in multiple sizes and reliable carry over black styles, helping retailers reduce complexity while offering proven best sellers.
