What is the overall theme behind your 2024/25 outerwear range? From which big trends do you take your inspiration?

Our overarching theme this year is Circus Circus, with three sub themes of Extraordinary, Mystifying and Death-Defying. Extraordinary focuses on being over the top, unapologetically bold, surprising and unimaginable, but using washed out pastels and and muted colours.

Mystifying dips into puzzling and perplexing, looking at the magical and mystical in rich saturated tones, and finally Death-Defying centers on being hair raising and awe inspiring. Pushing past your fear and into your physical emotional and spiritual response.

What new fits / silhouettes are coming out in 2024/25? What pant amond jacket styles are most important in your range?

 As mentioned in the mens, Tuvak and Acamar is also available in womens cuts.

 Future Trust is really exciting to be offering a range in a true gender neutral style. Our prior gender neutral styles had been cut from the men’s block but offered in a broader range of sizing, but this collection has been designed and fit across a variation of men and women to really make this a truly equal option. We plan to roll out this learning throughout even more of the line in the future.

As in the mens collection, within Burton Classics in Womens gore, we are focusing on the pillowline styles which are available in a jacket and an anorak. We’ve updated the cut lines for women’s Gore for a more modern, technical look and function.

 What new colours / prints are you introducing?

Shadow pink ties out our muted pastels collection, alongside dusty blue, petrol green and summit taupe in AK this year. While Burton packs a little extra punch with peach echo and imperial purple.

All our prints tie directly into our colour blocks so it’s really easy for stores to display a combination of options, and for customers to have a range of choice depending on their style. We’re also extending the lifestyle that we use colours for, so that end users can mix and match their products easily as they choose to update them 

Any *NEW* technical stories with regards to fabrics and materials?

The same as men’s sheet.
