What are your main price points for next season?
We are still holding our 50€ price point for the famous Padded Pak’r! In fact, we are bringing an even deeper offer on this price level – for SS20 you can have the classic black option but also enriched mélange items like the MUTED MELANGE collection.
What general trends are you noticing?
You must be blind if you have not noticed the buzz around minibags – this is a huge resurging trend of people who want to carry their essentials and also a new style of how people can carry bumbags and cross-bodies in very versatile ways!
Any exciting collaborations/ stories/ themes for SS20?
We are tapping into positive vibes for SS20, by launching a collaboration with Smiley! The world-famous yellow Smiley will take over our iconic shapes. We have a few other great stories in the pipeline, but it’s still a bit too early to reveal them. Stay tuned.
Which technical features are you the proudest of?
We are Built To Resist – our products are designed to use only the necessary materials and to reach the highest level of quality possible.
What are you doing with materials, colours and textures
Each season, Eastpak continues to develop more than 100 different prints, materials & colors.
We definitely play around with different solid colors, prints and use a large variety of different materials in our bag offering.
