OVERALL

How would you describe the current state of the snowboard market? What big developments, changes, challenges, and/or opportunities are you seeing and how is your brand navigating them?

I think the current state of the snowboard market is hopeful, its cool to see brands putting a focus on the culture of snowboarding. Challenges would be logistics issues, supply chain issues. The brand really cant navigate them as most of the time they are out of our control, its just doing the best we can.

Following overall price increase, any positive developments with regards to manufacturing, sourcing, or logistics and the changes you’ve made? Are there any examples you can share of how your business pivoted effectively? What developments are you seeing with regards to product pricing?

We have been seeing increases on raw materials on snowboards, but we have yet to pass those price increases onto our customers. It is important for us to create a quality and affordable product for our customers

Is e-commerce sales still strong since most brands have been put a lot of effort in physical retail?

E com is still strong, but it still has not replaced the experience of walking into a shop and holding and flexing a board

Past last winter and the lack of snow in Europe, what’s your overall sales and production/inventory strategy for 24/25?

We are really hoping to grow in Europe. We do not currently have much distribution.

 SNOWBOARD SPECIFIC

What trends or developments are you seeing with regards to board construction, shapes, and general innovation? How is this shaping your 24/25 range?

We are in the second season of building out our freeride board. We will continue to explore the freeride market.

Are you planning to focus on a special product range or type of customers? What’s your newest range?

Our focus is to market to snowboarders! Anyone who likes to slide sideways on snow is our ideal customer.

What is your top product marketing story for next season?

PUBLIC Disorder – The PUBLIC Disorder for 24/25 graphic was created by Mike Gigliotti. Mike has done artwork for some big house hold brands in skateboarding. Namely Vans, Baker, Anti Hero. Mike graciously offered his pen and style and used the Disorder board as a canvas for his unique style that is reminiscent of controlled chaos. The Disorder is a regular camber with mini camber for the perfect amount of flex. A true twin park killer built for whatever you throw at it.
