What is your assessment of the 2025 business: new impetus, cleared old stocks, sounder growth, better quality products ?
Most of the previous inventory has been sold through, creating room for a fresh start and a stronger focus on new products. Product development continues to progress, with higher-quality materials, refined designs, and improved performance features across the SUP range.

Do you favor segmented distribution channels? (entry-level allrounders via online D2C and sports chain stores, advanced models for core retailers?)
Since most of our SUP boards are performance-oriented, they are best suited to core retailers who can provide specialized advice and a premium customer experience.

Which are your key inflatable models for 2026 in the Allround/Cruising segments?
We have reduced the number of models and focused on the key sizes in the new range. Our key inflatable models are built around proven all-round and cruising shapes such as the Nalu and Mana. Alongside these, we have retained our most popular model, the Naish One, and added a touring version.

Which Specialty iSUPs are growing/decreasing in 2026 ? (Race & Flatwater, River, Fishing, SUP-Kayak, SUP surfing…)
This is highly market-specific. The cruising and touring segment currently represents the strongest part of the market, while there also seems to be growing interest in inflatable mid-length foil and dedicated windsurf boards.

Is innovation stalling or did the SUP reach maturity regarding designs and constructions?
Innovation in SUP design and construction is far from slowing down. At Naish, we are constantly refining board shapes, upgrading materials, and improving durability to keep our SUP range at the forefront of performance and design.

(hardboard brands only) Which hardboard styles do you push on the forefront of your range? And what about sales volumes compared to inflatables?
For our new 2026 hardboard range, we focus on performance oriented all-rounders, touring and pure surf-oriented SUP boards.

How can you help retailers make a difference when most SUPs are at a click’s range online?
Even though most SUPs are widely available online, retailers can still make a real difference through personalized expertise. They provide added value beyond the online purchase and help build stronger customer loyalty. The care and time we invest in development and testing are difficult for larger retail chains to replicate, which makes the support of specialized retailers truly unique.

Naish Hokua:
The new Naish Hokua features fresh, progressive shapes and delivers top-level SUP surf performance. Designed for intermediate to advanced wave riders, it offers fast, responsive, and committed surfing. Its refined shortboard-like shape provides exceptional maneuverability while maintaining stability for confident paddling and wave entry. A versatile 4+1 fin setup adapts to rider style and onditions, maximizing drive and control.

Hokua

Naish Nalu:
The Naish Nalu is a longboard-style SUP designed for waves and flatwater cruising. Inspired by traditional longboard shapes, it delivers smooth glide, balanced stability, and easy maneuverability. The 10’0” x 29” features a quad setup with an additional center box for quad or thruster configurations, offering a faster, looser feel. The 10’6” x 32” comes as a thruster, providing stability and control for all-around use.

Nalu Adventure:
The Nalu Adventure is a true chameleon, adapting to any water conditions. Compact enough to catch small waves yet long enough for strong glide and directional stability, an optimized rocker ensures smooth wave entry while maintaining efficiency over distance. A flat deck provides stability and comfort for longer sessions, with deck cargo nets for storage. The bottom features a smooth nose entry to handle chop and a clean tail release for efficient water flow. A included carry handle makes transport over longer distances simple.
